Problem with P/R door 01 Passat
 

Hi there. This is my first post here so Hello to everyone and thank you in advance for the help!

I just recently bought a 2001 Passat V6 GLX. The passenger rear door is closing but seems a bit loose. Meaning, that when I shut it if you pull on the handle without applying enough force to release the latch the car door opens about 1/8th of an inch. I was going to adjust the strike plate and saw that the two bolts are some type of odd "torx" bolt. I have torx bolts and none of mine fit. In addition, it looks like someone tried using a #40 Torx and started to strip it out a bit. Can anyone tell me what bolt head this is and where I might find the right tool? Also has anyone had this issue and is adjusting the strike plate the right thing here...
