Passat timing belt

Hello,
I'm changing my timing belt on my passat tdi manual 110hp afnfrom 97, and i have two marks on the flywheel (I and O) about 20ml gap between them.
Could anyone advise me which one would i have to line up with the edge of the inspection hole of the belt housing.

I hope you mean pully and not flywheel. Line it up smack dab in the middle of the O and I.
