passat drinking fuel

mark 3 cl passat ,it just bin serviced and one fuel leak was fixed but it is only doing about 20 mile to the gallon still ,anyone got any idears?

Yup

Plugs, wires, air filter, possibly MAF sensor, purge/evap valve, Maybe the coils, Fuel filter, injectors and/or injector seals, change oil.
