Passat CC 2010 Door Won't open

Hello all, Good day. I am Kenny and a new owner of VW Passat CC 2010. My second VW car Audi A6 2003.

Please my Passat door won't open with key or remote. Just got out of the car and to enter again, it won't open. Pls I have a journey early tomorrow.
