Passat 2000 have problem 00545

I have problem with gearbox automatic not going to 3 gear some times..
I saw at computer
code 00545 engin _ transmission electrical connection 31_10 open or short to ground intermittent
please help with foto and catalogue

VAG Error Code: 00545

Fault Location:
Engine/Transmission Electrical Connection - Open Circuit/Short Circuit to Earth

Possible Cause:
Fuse(s).
Wiring/Connector(s) from/to Engine Control Module (ECM) and Transmission Control Module (TCM) faulty.

Possible Solutions:
Check/Replace Fuse(s).
Check/Replace Wiring/Connector(s) from/to Engine Control Module (ECM) and Transmission Control Module (TCM).
Read Measuring Value Blocks (MVB).
Check for loose Engine Control Module (ECM) power relay.

Special Notes:
If stored in combination with 01312/01314, these must be rectified first.
