Hi,

All the keys to my Passat disappeared!
A locksmith arrived and was able to cut new keys.
However when he plugged his computer into the OBD II diagnostics port he didn't get any power.

Could this be due to a blown or missing fuse?

I have uploaded a scan of 1998 Passat fuse card.

Does any know what fuse it would be?
