Hydraulic Fluid?
 

I was checking the fluids under the hood earlier today when I noticed the box labeled hydraulic fluid was pretty low. Can someone tell me what this is.I looked everywhere in the owners manual and found nothing. Is that my power steering? When I turn the car it doesn't feel like it needs fluid.If it is power steering why doesn't it just say it on the stupid thing and why isn't it in the manual? Also, what's a good place to order parts? I have a few things that need replacing. Thanks in advance.
