Hi Alex,
General owners manual gives you a guide but relates mainly to using a towing eye. The lower grill is in 3 parts, the fog lights are surrounded but not fixed to the outer grill. Place fingers behind grill around the upright section that interrupts the outer grill from the main inner grill and gently persuade the grill towards you, you don't have to pull it out fully as you will notice the external end of the grill start to move away from the location slots in the bumper moulding. Gently pull this external area of the grill from the bumper moulding and this will give you access to the 3 cross headed screws holding the fog light to it's mount. Bulbs are the small halogen type found in auxillary lamps with the sprung retaining clip.
