Help with New Deck
 

I just got a new alpine deck I got the wiring harness and taped all the wires together and double checked it. Then when I hooked it up I got no sound. I tried putting a cd in and I got nothing and I made sure the mute was off.

Prior history: When I purchased the car the original deck was there. A few months later I purchased a alpine deck. Then that deck got stolen. I put the stock deck back in it worked but I didnt get all the radio stations. Then I got another alpine deck which is what I have problems with.

Anyone know what may be wrong / or what I should do?
