fuel gauge
 

hi

i have no idea on what is going on but my fuel needle is all over the shop

it was showing at the bottom of the red the other day all day and then went to the 1/4 mark

i have done a few runs now and it averages at 43-45 mpg.

i put 40 in the other day which should get me over 250 miles but it now in the bottom quarter with only 130 miles on it

i cant seam to get any sense from the dial any ideas how to make it work better and give a clear reading
