engine life

Default engine life
Assuming a car has fsh and been looked after properly etc, what is the expected engine life of a tdi 130 fitted in a passat? Do turbos and gearboxes last too?

I have the same car also fsh with 160k on the clock and it's still going strong as for how long the engine should last I honestly don't know but I'm hoping for at least 300k

I have even seen somewhere, I don't recall but a VW going 450,000km's now thats impressive. Anyone got a million?
