engine cover under tray

engine cover under tray
HI Guys,
03 Passat V6 and i lost my huge black cover that goes under the engine. I believe its called the undertray cover. Does anyone know where to get one and the mounting hardware kit other than the dealer who wants like $250+ for a large molded piece of plastic?
Any help would be awesome.
