Default Electrical nightmare?

Was hoping someone could help me out. I pulled my 94 passat with the vr6 in my garage about two weeks ago. Now I don't think I will ever drive it out of my garage again. The vehicle ran fine and now it seems that there is something major wrong. After turning it over the battery obviously went dead. I recharged it and then I decided to check and see if it was getting fuel, so I pulled the fuel line from the throttle body and then turned the car over and there is no fuel comming out, so I thought it would be a fuel pump or a fuel filter. I then decided to check for spark and pulled one of the plugs out and turned the vehicle over and realized that there is no spark. Then after I banged my head into the stearing wheel a couple of times I realized that the interior lights and all of my power windows don't work except the sunroof???? Did I just somehow fry my whole wiring harness or something? Could it be a relay ? Is there a way I can look at anything that might give me a chance to fix this, or am I screwed and I will have to take it to a dealer? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

sounds like a main fuse or a keyswitch problem
try moving the key alittle and see if your dash starts working

I removed the kick pannel and checked all of the small fuses and they all appear to be good. There are some large relay looking things that are also on the fuse pannel I can pull these off and look at them but I do not know how to tell if they are any good. Is there a way to test these or know if they are good or bad?
