Hi all,

i have a problem with my door lock at the driver's side in my passat fsi 2006. I use a remote to lock and unlock the car. recently when i used the remote to unlock the car I noticed that all doors are unlocked except the door at the driver's side. I tried to check it and i noticed that the internal lock which controls the doors from inside (the one with the key icon on it) is on. when trying to switch it off the light did not go away. so what actually happens when I try to unlock the car, this internal lock becomes switched on and prevents me from opening the door. any ideas why? and how to fix it?
