Crankshaft timing gear holding tool

Anybody know where besides Ebay or Amazon to find that tool so I can break free the crankshaft bolt on my grandsons 2001 passat 1.8? I have looked at all auto parts stores and Lowes and home depot etc. and I found nothing. Thanks in advance.
