Camshaft Sensor?
 

I have a 2007 VW Passat which I performed a head gasket replacement on (*disclaimer* I am a newbie to cars). It runs now but has plenty of codes. They are:
P0016 - Crankshaft Position Camshaft Position Correlation Bank 1 Sensor A
P12A2 -
P0171 - System too lean Bank 1
P0300 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0301 - Cylinder 1 misfire detected
P0302 - Cylinder 2 misfire detected
P0303 - Cylinder 3 misfire detected
P0304 - Cylinder 4 misfire detected

During the reinstallation of the intake manifold I did break the lower PCV Valve hose and attempted to repair it with duct tape since I could not find a replacement online.

Any guidance in what I should do as a next step is greatly appreciated
