does anybody know where I can add transmission fluid into a 1999 volkswagen passat 1.8 turbo that is automatic w/triptronic?

It's supposed to be "lifetime" fluid and doesn't need refilling. The only thing I've heard is you have to take it to the dealer and they have some sort of tool that measures and determines quality by temperature somehow.
