I have a 98 passatt that i bought not running that had a lot of recent work done, after i got it it needed new valves , t/belt , w/pump , plugs, and after doing all this work myself car starts right up idles smooth it just has no power ! unhooked exaust from turbo to rule ot pluge converter (it has a new turbo ) bypassed waste gate still no power , drove it 10miles today thinking lifters needed pumping up no luck, Can any one help or maby give advise? i read someware that if batt is unhooked it will wipe computer and case driveability problems??? is this true?????
