New member. I am looking to sell a 2006 Passat I live in Cincinnati,Ohio area. I bought for my grandson from a elderly couple in Hyde Park are. It has about 89000 miles on it . His first car . i mentioned that particular engine was noisy alittle. To make this a short story he replaced the timing belt but the belt tensioner was ignored and and should have been addressed say no more it wasnt and it broke and we all know that's a interference engine by design so its toast. I am not going to stick anymore money in it. I had the head liner replaced 500.00 / it was driving by older couple and i did some work for them and ask if they wanted to sell it they had purchased a new one..
