Default 2006 Passat 2.0t condensor fan replacement

I am being quoted $780(private shop) to replace the condensor fan(low a/c at idle). I am told that the front end may have to be lowered, and it is listed as a 5 hour job. Does this sound correct?

Default Update

Couldn't wait for a reply, but VW dealership confirms 1.5 hours labor. Called the repair shop, and after a slight argument, it appears that they had a "faulty" repair manual. Shouldn't take them more than a couple of hours, as the fans just unbolt. Could have been an honest mistake I suppose ..eh.
