07 Passat 2.0 TDi ABS unit, how strict are part numbers??
 

Hi guys,

I have a faulty ABS control unit/pump and have been told the part number is 3C0614109ABEF. It's over £1k from VW so I need to find a 2nd hand one.

Here are examples I've found..
3C0 614 109
3C0 614 109 BEF
3C0 614 109 C
3C0 614 109 D
3C0 614 109 J
3C0 614 109 K
3C0 614 109 R

All but the one VW told me! How strict are the part numbers in terms of it working on my car?

My car is a 07 2.0 TDi Passat Sport 140.
