02 Passat Skid Plate

I own 2002 VW Passat. This afternoon the skid plate fell off and was damaged pretty good. Should I replace it, or is it ok to leave it off? Any Help in this Area would be greatly appreciated....

I would put a new one. But, it should be alright for now. as long as u dont plan on driving it off road were there r many rocks lol

It will be better if you replace with new one.
