I am need of help trying to figure out what is wrong with my car, I have taken it to the local volkswagen dealer to only be given a possibility to many things that MAY be wrong with the car. The codes that came up were P0445, P2401, P0414 and P102. The car itself has about a 113,000 miles on it which I have read can help diagnosis what is wrong with it. So to start off, rarely both headlights work at the same time.I was told to replace the right light ballast.,which doesn't make sense to why the left goes out as well.

The major problem with the car has to deal with when the car is started, it doesn't seem like it is getting enough power to stay on unless you rev it. I am able to get the car to move/drive until the brake light flashes and beeps causing the car to lose power again. This typically causes the car to stall out. There also is a weird tick type of noise right behind the speedometer or in the location.

If anyone that knows more about cars than me could help me figure out what is wrong with the car, I would greatly appreciate it!
