Default 000665 - Boost Pressure Regulation P0299 - 000 - Control Range Not Reached

I have some problems with my 2009 Passat CC 2.0 125kw. At some point the car looses performance then i see some flashing lights, see video :

Also the car acts like it has half of it power. Between 1000 rpm and 3000 rpm it is like it has half of her power.

Error :

Default Vw golf 5 gti BWA lost boost

Hi guys I'm shailen, new to this forum, I have a vw golf 5 gti it's a 6 speed manual 2008 bwa , vehicle lost boost 2 weeks now, it was running fine came home from work and parked it off next morning started for work and vehicle didn't boost, I did a diagnostic using the vcds 19.6, and picked up a fault code 000665 boost pressure regulation control range not reached, vehicle is in limp mode.
I've replaced the driveter valve, the boost sensor and the boost control solenoid Valve (N75) thinking this would be the cause but still no joy out of it, I've checked for leaks from the pipes to the intercooler and none was found I've also checked the wastegate by removing the downpipe and it seems to be fine, when reving the car can feel the boost pipe going to the throttle expands abit for a second or 2 then goes soft, it's like I'm at a dead end with this car, have anyone experienced this or is there anything I've missed out any advice will be highly appreciated thank you
