Wifes mk4 2.sl0w wont start please help

Okay so my wife has a 2003 jetta 2.0l and it seems to have a fuel issue. Vagcom reads p0201... 2...3 ...4 all four injectors have "circuit malfunction" and a code for the engine speed sensor went at the same time.
i replaced the engine speed sesnor, fuel pump, fuel pump relay, fuel filter, and even siphoned out the old yellow gas and put new 93 in and nothing. still wont start. i tested the injectors and there is no power to the injectors.
i have gas coming out of the line at the fuel rail. also when i spray carb cleaner in the TB it runs as long as i keep spraying it in... I have no ideas left...
please help!
Thanks,
RedBull

As taken from my https://volkswagenforum.com/forum/ge...oftware-34973/

The same goes for P0202, P0203, P0204.

You need more investigation with VAG-COM.

There is Ross-Tech: Home
