Default What kind of job is it to change out rear trailing arm bushings?

Need to change out Rear Axle Beam Trailing Arm Bushings (VW calls them Beam Mount Bushings I guess). On one hand I've been told that this very simple and should take 2 hours max. On the other hand I've been told that the rear axle needs to be dropped to get to and disconnect the brake lines and that it would take longer. Which is accurate?

Can anyone give a brief summary of what's required here?

Thanks!
