Water is dripping from under dash 98 Jetta

Water is dripping from under the dash on the passenger side of car. The drips are completely clear so I do not think they are G12 (antifreeze). I had been running the air conditioner but I do not think this has happened since I purchased the car.

Well the air conditioner produces condensation on the evaporator matrix which does run off through drain holes if these are blocked then it will drip inside the car.

Where would I access them...so I can clean the drainhoes. Thanks for the assistance
