Default Urgent brake problem...

I bought a 95 Jetta GL yesterday, runs great, only problem is that today when I drove it, it felt like the brake pedal is no longer connected to the brake system, so I emidiatly parked it, it hardly even slows down. The master cyclinder is just under max fill, so that's not the problem. I need help desperatly on this one.

Thanks.

did you try bleeding your brake lines? sounds like there may be air in your lines.

bleeding is done differently for different kinds of cars (the order in which you bleed them)

were your brake pads recently changed?
