tuning help and other questions! please help!!!
here are the specs of my car...

ENGINE:
APR stage 3+ programming
1.8L bored out to a 2.0L
JE pistons (compression lowered to 8.5:1 to handle high boost application)
pauter rods
eurospec crankshaft (knife edged & percision balanced)
garrett GT2871R dual ball bearing turbo
forge 007 DV
bahn brenner fuel rail
4 bar fuel pressure regulator
head was ported & flowed
APR big bore intake
R32 throttle body (larger then a stock mustange 5.0 throttle body)
carbonio CAI
eurojet "race" front mount intercooler
3" GHL "stainless steel" turbo back exhaust
Borla Muffler with 3.5" outlet
NX nitrous halo system with 10lb bottle
TRANSMISSION:
6 speed manual (02M)
quaife LSD
autotech 9lb flywheel
spec stage 4 clutch (6 puck)
short shift kit
BRAKES:
neuspeed steel braided lines
zimmermann cross drilled rotors
mintex pads (red)
SUSPENSION:
Koni "race" coilover system
(Externally Adjustable. These dampers can literally be adjusted at the turn of a ****. Drivers can switch back and forth, in most cases in a matter of seconds. By the simple means of a ****, damping forces can be altered to the driving conditions or personal preferences of the driver.)
neuspeed front & rear 25mm sway bar
ABD upper strut bar
Please note that when all the engine work was done every part was replaced: water pump , coil packs .... Also the interior is flawless with recaro seats and the AC blows frosty cold.
This car has multiple fuel programs which means it can run 93 octane pump gas all the way to 104 octane race fuel which can be changed at the push of a button also changing the boost level from daily driver mode 31lbs of boost all the way to 40+lbs..
i would like to tune the car but dont know what software to use and also does my ecu already have software on it since there are different fuel program options?
also please dont say that my ecu should be tuned with APRs stuff or whatever because the engine is bored out to a 2.0 so the turbo had to be custom tweaked and APR told me they dont have a software for the 2.0 liter non FSI engines so i need to go somewhere else. any idea?
also all my cylinders are misfiring and im wondering why. the car stutters for like 1-2 minutes after i start it. it almost stalls and then revs high n does it all over again n then stops n runs fine. also when my gas gets low to about a gallon left it does this stuttering the whole time im driving. any ideas? fuel pump or injectors maybe? or is it just because it isnt tuned?
