RE: skipping issue

well you didn't leave to much information to work with so i'll give this a shot....
When it rains you vehicle seems to "skip" also known as a miss. it the heavy rain when your drving water can get on your engine (through the grill, or fenders by driving through large puddles) and the water can get on your spark plugs wires cause the spark to "jump" or arc to you engine block. instaed of going to your spark plugs and igniting the fuel and so on and so on. but the next time it does this open the hood and inspect your spark plug wires. they will most likely have water on the boots. (either end of the wires) Hope this helps. :)

You might have a loose connection check under your car to see if you see any wires that are cut, dangling, or loose. Also is there any lights on the dash?
