I have a 2001 Jetta VR6, and it has treated me great. I have a question about the right fan behind the radiator. Whenever I have the heater on, it basically makes a howling noise, and I do not like it. However, sometimes when I shut the heater off and turn it back on, the noise goes away. It happens at random times, I want to know what's going on. Is thhere something wrong with the bearing? Or the motor is failing. It has been making the noise off and on for about 1/2 a year so I am unsure.
