Radio won't shutoff
 

I have put a lot of stereos in cars over the years and i am lost.
I checked and rechecked the wiring it is wired right with a harness kit from best buy and the radio itself is fine unplugged mine and put my wifes in it does the same thing. The damn thing will not shut off unless i lock the doors. I dont really want to run an additional accessory wire but will if i have to, please help---confused in indiana---
