Radiator fan fuse
Does a 2002 jetta use a speical 30amp fuse for the radiator fan. 30amp fuse being used now is after market fuse and it will blow after so long of use.

no its not a special fuse. Its not uncommon for fans to pull a higher amp once they are worn.
You'll probably find a new fan will solve your problem
