I have a 2001 Jetta 1.8T and the car will not register that the front drivers door is ajar. I was wondering where the switch is that registers that the door is open. I took a look and havent found anything. Do i have to pull the door panel off to find the switch? It's just a small security issue as if the car were to be broken into and if it doesnt register the drivers door to be opened the alarm will not go off. Any help will be greatly appreacheated
