PLEASE HELP! What is the fastest Jetta?

Can anybody answer that for me? I am looking to buy a jetta in the upcoming week with graduation cash and I want something fast that doesnt kill my insurance.
Please help. Thanks

If its easier, text it to me, i might not be on much longer, maybe an hour or two max tonight.

I'm looking to upgrade from my 2001 2.0 5 speed to a VR6, but with a stick. Can't seem to find one. Did VW make them? I can find VR6's here, but all have auto's.
