performance chips?
 

Hi..i was thinking about getting a new chip, or programmer or w.e is the best choice for my 1.8t jetta...besides just getting more hp, boost and the other power specs, i was wondering if any of the give you better fuel mileage. if so, which or what is the best option..any recommendations or opinions? im trying to find whats best in all aspects. edit: also, im thinking of buying a short ram intake from ebay..some friends say it's ok..any thoughts?
