I just purchased some GLI wheels (new take offs with TPMS) for my 07 Jetta 2.5. Does anyone know if I have to reprogram the TPMS in the new wheels to match the current system or will they work right out of the box? If something does need reprogramming is this something I can do or do I have to go to the dealer? What's involved? Thanks for any insight you can give on the subject.

 

My check engine light is on and i don't want to go to the dealer and pay $100 to get a diagnostic. Is there anywhere else that they can give accurate readings for not as much money?
