New 2006 Jetta 2.5

RE: New 2006 Jetta 2.5
I installed a cold air intakein my 2002 VR6 Jetta and had a tough time installing the unit. I really had to work it in there. The filter was just above the right tire which was great because it was low to the ground and got a lot of air. I actually purchased a custom off of ebay. Looked pretty cool.
BUT...
In the rain, I would suck up water from puddles. Actually ended up flooding my engine and had to remove the whole unit because I didnt want it to happen again.
*So if you put a cold air filter in, figure out a way to get it inside the wheel well so that it is protected/covered.
Good luck! If you want mine, I only had it in for 2 months haha.
