malfunctioning jetta...

so I'm dealing with my girlfriend's 98 jetta k2 and all 99 problems it has. I'm just curious if anyone is familiar with any of the problems and what the potential cause might be.

1. seat warmers don't work
2. radio doesn't work (won't turn on)
3. one center console light doesn't work
4. left headlight doesn't work (doesn't get voltage, bulb is fine)
5. left rear window doesn't work (is currently stuck in the down position!)
6. driver's window likes to misbehave (immediately rolling down after rolling up)
7. car runs VERY rough during heavy rain and sometimes stalls and will not restart

so, any ideas? Should I just drive it off a cliff?

Thanks,
Colin

1 to 5, replace blown fuses. 6: bad switch. 7. wet distributor.
