I guys I recently bought the jetta 2004 2.0L and I have a few questions and problems I'm getting about 12.5L/100km in the city is the fuel consumption too high ?, and my engine light is on ? The first time it was on it said I need to replace the o2 sensor which I did but the engine light came back on.

yes i have done another scan and nothing was wrong, is the 12.5L/100km fuel consumption excessive for a jetta ?

Well 12.5L/100km (35.3mpg) doesn't sound to bad for a 2004 Jetta 2.0L.
