Hello friends,
I just got my first Volkswagen!!! I am new to the whole world of modifying and etc.... I got everything in my Jetta I wanted minus one feature... Xenon Headlights.
I want to know what the cheapest and EASIEST was to add them to my car would be. I *preferably* would like to keep the current headlights them self and just add the bulbs if it's possible. Any suggestions?? Also how would this affect the DRL?

 

you could also buy Sylvania Silver Stars for like $40 at auto zone or other parts store.

I agree, you definitely get what you pay for! I want TRUE xenon, not the "I want to be xenon when I grow up." I want the cheaper way to get that. I looked at HIDKING and was impressed.

Now here's the thing, because I have a new jetta bodystyle, I won't loose my high beams because I have a separate high beam bulb. I am a little concerned with wiring and attaching the ballasts for the xenons, it looks complicated and does adding them void my manufacturer warranty?

My car is currently in the bodyshop getting a new bumper and headlight thanks to it having a 18 wheeler flat tire fragment thrown at it on the interstate.... (i only had the car 3 weeks )
