Default Help Identifying Engine Part

So I had my 96 jetta gl stolen and I am slowly tallying up the parts that were stolen...I noticed this part was stolen, but I don't know what it is...does anyone know?

it looks like your brake fluid resevoir! when you get another one you need to bleed your brakes at least, its proably better to clean out your brake lines too!
