Help. 2006 Jetta has smashed tail light lens. I know I need to get the whole assembly but how do you replace it? I can't find a video anywhere. Do I have to disconnect the negitive battery terminal wire? The lenses are on the rear quarter panel not the trunk lid. Lights still work. This what I get for letting daughter have car for college. I don't want to rip/damage the interior of trunk lining.
