Default Got two problems with this car! Help?

Problem number one can be heard in this video that i took: Click me for Video

When i started it this morning (pretty cold morning), this loud and annoying whistle started happening. This is the first time i have heard this sound since owning the car for about 6 months now.

Problem number two can maybe be heard in the same video, but the engine is too noisy. My belt seems to be squeeking whenever the car is in idle. The weather doesn't matter just when it idles it's squeeking. Rather annoying, does anyone know how to fix this?

EDIT: Lemme add on to the list. When the car is in idle, cold or warmed up, the lights all dim everytime every like 2 seconds. Inside and outside, it's strange. What could be causing this?

Thanks!

idk about the first part, but the lights could be a alternator problem, cause idk if you notice on most cars if you keep lights on after you turn the car off (not every car) the lights dim, so the alternator might not be putting out enough power

my theory for that is the belt isn't tight (thus the squeeking) so the alternator isn't working at max capacity. But the loud whistle noise is still a mystery to me.
