Default Fuse location

I am trying to locate the location of the fuse for the cigarette lighters/12 volt ports for my 2016 Jetta Sport 1.8L. I believe it is a 20 amp fuse and my research indicates it would be located Fuse F30 in the fuse panel inside the car on the top row of the two long rows(not the three short rows) and should be the sixth fuse from the left. There is currently no fuse there. Am I correct?

Sorry, Own a 2016 Jetta sport 1.8L. I do 95% of my own maintenance and repairs. By the way, it is the 13 fuse spot from the left on the lower of the two long rows.

Thanks
