hello, i have an 1985 volkswagen passat and i have a no start issue, i have spark and then i disconnected the fuel inlet to the distribution block and turned the ignition to "on" and there is no fuel being pumped from the fuel pump, only when i crank i have a little bit of fuel being pumped out, and when i look at the distribution block and crank the engine over with the fuel line hooked up there is no fuel being forced out to the other 4 injector lines, is this my fuel pump?
