Default Electrical Problems

I have a 2000 Volkswagen Jetta 4 cyl. 2.0. For the past couple of weeksI have been experiencing electrical problems with this car and I was wondering if anyone out there would be able to help me. When I start my car in the morning my blinkers, my windshield wipers, and my fan does not work for the first ten to fifteen minutes. Than all of a sudden everything kicks onall at once as if there was nothing wrong in the first place. I do not experience this problem for the rest of the day, only when I leave my car off for some time. If anyone out there has experienced this problem or knows why this problem occurs please respond to this message. Any information at all would be greatly beneficial. Thank You very much.

Default RE: Electrical Problems

weird...damn electrical stuff...haha. If you plan on doing this yourself, i suggest getting a bentley manual and just tracking down every wire and connection to everything, see what all of those have in common. Then look for ay irregularities. sounds like just some really annoying glitch in something...i hate electrical work
