I have a 97 jetta gt. the driver window won't go up or down. If you hold the key to the left on the outside of the door all the windows go down but the driver. also with the driver side power window switch the passenger window will go down but not up and driver window will not do anything. I replaced the switch and i have the same problem. i took the window out and the regulator and motor, and if you bypass the plug in to window regulator and put power directly to the motor it will work. Anyone with any information would help greatly thanks!
