Delivery Date for new 2010 Jetta

My wife and I are interested in purchasing a 2010 Jetta Sportwagen TDI. Does anyone have any information on when dealers can expect delivery of the 2010 model?

delivery of 2010 TDI Sportswagen

I ordered mine on June 29. It is scheduled for production the week of August 23, 2009. It is expected to be delivered sometime mid to late September.

I ordered 6-29. Production scheduled for 8-23. Delivery expected mid September.

2010 Production, Jetta, Sportswagen

Seems as tho the strike at Puebla has reached an end as of today 8/22/09. Production to continue as of 10:00 PM tonight. I think it only lasted for a few days, but assume it will screw everything up. Anybody have an idea as to how long it takes from production week to US local delivery??
