If my cars is running rich becuase all of the parts i have put on should it still pass emitions?

as long as the ck enginelight is off it should
if they do a obd test
if tail pipe test you might get lucky still

Few weeks, but i didtake the cadilac converter off to make the car breath better.

put it back on before you have it tested
you could get in some deep **** with out it
and your car might be flaged as a tamperd car
